Becoming a Member
Apply by email to liisa@burgundyblueevents.com. You will be notified within a week if your application is successful and an invoice for the Membership Joining Fee and the first year’s Membership Fee will be sent to you. Your membership becomes effective on receipt of the Membership and Joining Fees (your Membership Start Date).
Renewing Your Membership
· Your membership is renewable on the anniversary of the day your Membership Start Date (your Membership Anniversary), when you will be sent a reminder. You will be sent an invoice only on request.
· Renewal is available up to two months from your Membership Anniversary. If you renew within that time, you pay only the Annual Membership Fee.
· After a lapse of two months, you can still renew your membership, by paying the Membership Joining Fee in addition to the Annual Membership Fee.
· In this case, your new Membership Start Date is the day that payment of the Joining and Renewal Fees is received.
· If you joined as an Academic member and are no longer a full-time academic or student at the time of renewal, then the Full Annual Membership Fee applies, and vice-versa.
· If you joined as a Junior member and you turn 27 before renewing, then the Full Annual Membership Fee applies.
